Yoga Classes for the New Year

Enter the New Year with new energy!

Starting Tuesday January 3rd, Natalie Courtney’s current Chair Yoga class (Mondays/Wednesdays 3:30pm-4:30pm) at the Life Enrichment Center will become a Hatha Yoga class held on Tuesdays 1pm-2pm via Zoom only.

Hatha Yoga is a yoga practice that focuses on the most essential yoga poses and breathing techniques for creating openness, inner peace, and healing from the inside out. Breathing exercises and meditation will bring lightness, ease, and clarity to the body, mind, and spirit.

Hatha Yoga tends to be slower paced with more emphasis on posture instruction and controlled breathing, making it ideal for those who are new to yoga or for those who prefer a more relaxed pace. Beginners and seasoned yoga students are both welcome. Modifications and variations will be provided as needed.

Get ready to flow into 2023 with this meditative yoga class and open yourself to new beginnings!
