Facilities Manager
The Facilities Manager is responsible for the building, opening and closing, being present when
classes are in progress, and maintaining supplies.
Responsibilities include:

• Opening and closing the building Monday – Friday
• Working the zoom classes where needed
• Assisting instructors when needed
• Setting out sign-in sheets and money pouches
• Collecting money from students and keeping the money safe
• Managing the petty cash and Imprest funds
• Managing social media
• Creating monthly calendars
• Working with the volunteers
• Assist in the planning of special events if needed
• Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly
• Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work
• Check supply levels, i.e. paper towels, toilet paper, canvases, paints
• Oversee security of building and grounds

Hours 25 hrs. /week
Pay Schedule $25.00/hour
