Class Notes

–The LEC will be CLOSED Sept 4th for Labor Day! See you Tuesday!

–Art Journaling will have their last class next week, so come join us Friday Sept 8th from 10:00am to 12:00pm!

–Chair Yoga had a great class! Come join us on Friday Sept 8th from 11:00am-12:15pm.

–Chinese Brush Painting with Renee Vickery starts Friday Sept 15th 10:00am to 12:00pm. This class has 4 sessions, so mark your calendars!

–Fun with Watercolor with Kathy Edwards was rescheduled! Classes will be Thursday Sept 14th and Thursday Sept 21^st

Other News

-Call for Volunteers! Tuesday and Thursday afternoons we need your help. If organizing, answering phones, and aiding us in office tasks appeals to you, stop in and let us know!

-Are you interested in teaching painting at an assisted living facility as part of the LEC’s outreach program? We need instructors! This is once-a-month and you would be compensated.  If you’re interested, talk to Arleen.

-Sarah Hanson is moving to Colorado and last week she held her final classes (Meditative Doodling & Abstract Painting). She will return to us soon and we can’t wait! Safe travels, Sarah!
