Chair yoga stretches, relaxes, and energizes the body from head to toe!
Yoga instructor Debbie Palumbo will guide you through a gentle, low-impact session that focuses on improving flexibility, building core strength, and encouraging a wide range of motion. Beginners and seasoned yoga students are encouraged to sign up. With direction from the instructor, you can decide how you want to modify each pose by choosing the limit and extent of each movement. All movements are adaptable to fit your needs.
Chair yoga releases tension, loosens muscles, and reduces stress in the mind and body. It is also a great yoga practice for building strength and improving balance, mobility, and posture.
Students are encouraged to wear loose, comfortable clothing and comfortable shoes.
