Instructions for LEC members who want LEC to transport their art to and from the State Fair 2023.

Step 1: Fill out the paper entry form. Be sure to include your name, mailing address, phone # and email address, Division, Class, and Title of the art work. If you have questions about what division, class or title contact Christian or Kathy Edwards.

Step 2: Bring the filled-out form or fill out at LEC to LEC with a check or cash for your entries. LEC will collect the entry forms and money to deliver to the Fair offices.

(If you go on line and enter your art works in Show Works LEC will not take the art to the Fair for you.)

Dead line to enter is December 9th: late entry is Dec. 10-16th 2022

Remember your art work doesn’t have to done or even painted to enter. It just has to be completed by January 6, 2023 so it can be delivered to the Fair.

Step 3: Deliver your entries to LEC by January 6, 2023. We will have a sign in sheet for LEC to check off that you have delivered the art work you entered. For all entries please (either on a piece of paper or on the back of the art work) put your name, phone #, email address, Division, Class, and Title. That will make it easy to match up your entry forms and your art work.
